  • Lead organic search strategy for RothmanOrtho.com, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO — driving 170K+ leads, 1.4M sessions, 791K new users, and 2,000 AI Search results in 2025; 164K leads and 1M+ new users in 2024.

  • Oversee display advertising, over-the-top (OTT) advertising, podcast advertising (PHLY, The Phillies Show), print advertising, out-of-home (OOH) advertising (billboards, transit), and TV & Radio partnerships (6abc, Audacy), including strategy and creative direction; OTT reached 2.8M impressions (Roku, Hulu) in 2025; programmatic display advertising generated 27M+ impressions and 32K leads in 2025.

  • Serve as an Invoca specialist, training AI-informed Signals to improve appointment lead attribution accuracy from advertising-driven calls, as well as partnership and contract management.

  • Provided strategic analysis to create an improved user experience for Brewers.com. Despite being the smallest market in the league, brewers.com averaged 500,000+ more Unique Visitors in the first half of 2022 than the average MLB Club.

  • Analyzed and leveraged business data to deliver measurable impact through customer-centric strategies and KPIs by creating detailed reports (data via Adobe Analytics, Looker) that provided insights and trends around social, web, email, and app.

  • Created new revenue channels by authoring and coordinating sales and marketing messages to subscribers of Brewers Text Alerts, MLB Ballpark app Push and Inbox notifications, and Web Pushes through brewers.com. 

  • A revamp in the design & strategy of our Ticket Guide Emails resulted in 3x Ticket Revenue in 2021 than in 2019 and continued to outperform MLB Club averages in 2022 in Ticket Orders (+31%) and Ticket Conversion Rate (+7%).
