  • Oversee Paid Search (SEM) and Organic Search (SEO) – 2024 work resulted in a 3,600% ROAS from SEM campaigns (up from 793% in 2023), as well as over 1 Million New Users and 164,000 Leads from SEO efforts.

  • Work with media agency on Digital and Traditional Advertising campaigns, including Programmatic Display Ads, OTT/OLV (Hulu, YouTube), OOH (Billboards, Newsstands, Bus Tails, Train Wraps, Aerial Banners), TV and Media Partnerships (6abc, PHLY), Radio (Audacy), and Print (Philadelphia Magazine, Main Line Today) advertising.

  • Manage relationships of over 150 Local and Community sponsorships, including contract renewals, new partnerships, partnership activation, brand management, budgeting, and tracking of alliances.

  • Utilized call tracking platform (Invoca) to train an AI-informed Signal that is used to increase the accuracy of correctly labeling appointment leads achieved through Media efforts.

  • Managed and assisted in the ideation, planning, project management, and execution of our digital marketing touchpoints - email, website, social media, SMS, and MLB Ballpark app.

  • Provided strategic analysis to create an improved user experience for Brewers.com. Despite being the smallest market in the league, brewers.com averaged 500,000+ more Unique Visitors in the first half of 2022 than the average MLB Club.

  • Analyzed and leveraged business data to deliver measurable impact through customer-centric strategies and KPIs by creating detailed reports (data via Adobe Analytics, Looker) that provided insights and trends around social, web, email, and app.

  • Created new revenue channels by authoring and coordinating sales and marketing messages to subscribers of Brewers Text Alerts, MLB Ballpark app Push and Inbox notifications, and Web Pushes through brewers.com. 

  • A revamp in the design & strategy of our Ticket Guide Emails resulted in 3x Ticket Revenue in 2021 than in 2019 and continued to outperform MLB Club averages in 2022 in Ticket Orders (+31%) and Ticket Conversion Rate (+7%).

  • Provided insights regarding content, paid social, strategy, and analytics of a prominent writer's Instagram and connected brand accounts. Has resulted in a gain of over 7,000 new followers.
