My background is primarily in Sports and Entertainment, but my work has extended into healthcare, logistics, small businesses, and even influencers. No matter the industry, you're in good hands. I have experience in Digital Marketing Management, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Copywriting, Communications, Public Relations, Website Management, SEO, SEM, and Data Analysis. 

 

On a personal note: If you're looking for a straight-shooter, I'm your guy. I don't think it's beneficial to be any other way. I'm also an avid fan of movies, television, podcasts, music, and sports.

  • Oversee Digital Media efforts including Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Display, Audio, and Streaming.

  • Assist in the activation and management of local and community partnerships, including Professional (NBA, NFL, MLB), Collegiate, Minor League (G League, ECHL) and Youth Sports organizations.

DIGITAL MARKETING SENIOR COORDINATOR, MILWAUKEE BREWERS

March 2021 - October 2022

  • Managed and assisted in the ideation, planning, project management, and execution of our digital marketing touchpoints - Email, Website, Social Media, SMS, and MLB Ballpark app.

  • Designed wireframes, project managed brewers.com update requests from internal stakeholders, and provided strategic analysis & recommendations to the webmaster of brewers.com to create an improved UX and UI. Despite being the smallest market in the league, brewers.com averaged 500,000+ more Unique Visitors in 2022 than the average MLB Club.

  • Analyzed and leveraged business data to deliver measurable impact through customer-centric strategies and KPIs by creating detailed reports (data via Adobe Analytics, Looker) that provide insights and trends around Social, Web, Email, and App.

  • Created new channels of revenue by authoring and coordinating sales and marketing messages to subscribers of Brewers Text Alerts, MLB Ballpark app Push and Inbox notifications, and Web Pushes through brewers.com. After increasing organic marketing of our notification channels, we saw subscriber increases through each channel: Ballpark App Push Notification (+48%), Text Alert (+8%), and Web Push (+51%).

  • A suggested revamp in design and strategy of our Ticket Guide Emails resulted in 3x Ticket Revenue in 2021 than in 2019, and with further improved processes, continued to outperform MLB Club-averages in 2022 in Ticket Orders (+31%) and Ticket Conversion Rate (+7%).

SOCIAL MEDIA AND RESEARCH CONSULTANT, KUKUZO PRODUCTIONS

May 2020 - March 2021

  • Provided insights regarding content, paid social, strategy, and analytics of a prominent writer's Instagram and connected brand accounts. Has resulted in a gain of over 7,000 new followers.

  • Designed and produced graphics for accounts (Pixlr).

  • Conducted historical and political research for original entertainment-based projects.

  • Created content and engaged live on the following Phillies social media platforms: Twitter, Instagram and Facebook (Twitter Media Studio and Spredfast for scheduled content).

  • Produced reports on interaction/engagement numbers across the aforementioned Phillies social media platforms, using CrowdTangle and MLB Fanalytics.

  • Handled in and out-of-ballpark elements of promotional partnerships in conjunction with the advertising sales department using Satisfi and the MLB Ballpark app.
